NHS Golden Jubilee is growing and changing and as a result we have an exciting new opportunity to join our pharmacy team.
This newly developed role is wide ranging and the post holder will have responsibility for supporting the Chief Pharmacist and the wider pharmacy team with quality, governance and transformation. The post holder will lead the transformation of our clinical pharmacy services including the introduction of technology e.g. electronic prescribing. A key focus of the role will be around medicines governance and the delivery of a number of medicines policies and guidelines.
We are seeking an exceptional, creative and dynamic pharmacist with a proven track record of service delivery and innovation. The post holder will be an integral member of the pharmacy team working closely with the NHS Golden Jubilee Senior Management Team to ensure our pharmacy service is aligned to the Board’s strategy.
You will have strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to promote positive relationships with multidisciplinary teams in the development of effective pharmacy services.
You will have the professional credibility and interpersonal skills to lead and deliver in this demanding role.
You will hold a Master of Pharmacy Degree or equivalent with registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council. A post Graduate Degree/Masters in Clinical Pharmacy or Management is also essential.
