Description:

As a result of an internal redesign, we have a number of exciting new opportunities to join the team at the Golden Jubilee.

In this newly developed role, the postholder will have responsibility for supporting the Director of National Elective Services to deliver the Golden Jubilee National Hospital elective services.  They will also have responsibility for establishing and managing the expansion of national elective services in other hospital sites.

The post holder will be an integral member of the team working closely with the Clinical Staff in the development of effective multidisciplinary services.

You will have strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with clinical staff in the development of effective multidisciplinary services.

You will be educated to Masters level or equivalent and be able to demonstrate extensive professional and managerial experience.  A track record of success in a senior leadership role within a complex environment is essential.
