As a result of an internal redesign, we have an exciting new opportunity to join the team at the Golden Jubilee.

In this unique role, the postholder will have responsibility for the delivery of the Golden Jubilee National Hospital elective services, reporting to the Executive Director of Operations.  They will also have responsibility for establishing and managing the expansion of national elective services in other hospital sites.

The post holder will be an integral member of the senior team working closely with the Executive Directors and will be accountable for the delivery of waiting times guarantees for patients across their areas of responsibility both in the Golden Jubilee National Hospital and in off-site facilities.

You will have strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive relationships with clinical staff in the development of effective multidisciplinary services.

You will be educated to Masters level or equivalent and be able to demonstrate extensive professional and managerial experience.  A track record of success in a senior leadership role within a complex environment is essential.
