An opportunity has arisen to join the Clinical Governance Department at Golden Jubilee Foundation within the role of Risk & Governance Officer working within the admin team and with the Head of Clinical Governance.   The role is key in supporting the administration function of the department providing secretarial support to two named committees and working with the CG assistants to ensure the robust administrative service is maintained. The role will also provide support to the Head of Clinical Governance with responsibility for management of diary and emails and supporting tasks within the corporate risk and resilience work streams.    

You will be educated to HNC/D level, or able to demonstrate equivalent experience and knowledge and proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages to ECDL level.  You will have excellent organisational, communication skills and time management skills with experience of committee administration, including minute taking and bel able to demonstrate evidence of applying these skills and knowledge.   NHS experience and an understanding of clinical governance would be beneficial.
